We act as an unconditional champion and confidential sounding board to help you execute. Our "thinking partner" services are project-based. There are many short-term different kinds of projects we can work on under our Thinking Partner umbrella.

• Strategy: Reviewing organizational goals, objectives and data to provide fresh insights and a "second opinion" about a problem or project.

• Communications: Recommending improvements to last year's annual report or fundraising piece. Help staff to create a "to do" list to drive visibility.

• Marketing: Identifying trends that will impact your organization and how they mesh with internal capacities.

• Financial: Reviewing the organization's financial model and creating concepts for raising revenue..

• Peer-to-Peer: Bringing together a non-profit roundtable to discuss examples of how to improve engagement with board and key stakeholders; enhance leadership and management of staff; and develop needed capacities.

• Business Coaching: Services available for a 6-month minimum fixed fee.
